"So far no fires" - are we expecting a fire alarm?

If you need to reclaim any, I have Maria's and mine in pristine condition - we can survive with a pdf.

Cheers

Derek

Subject: [Planning-inf] Midday update

So far, nothing has set on fire!

Two points of note:

- As I mentioned this morning, people only get a bag/umbrella/programme
if they have registered for the conference. Please do not give out
programmes to people who have not registered, as given the number of
on-site registrations we are getting, there is a very real risk we will
run out; which looks bad when on-site reg is £600.  Roughly how many
programmes were given out to non-registrants?

- There is spare tea, coffee, juice, food in K0.31.  Go help yourself.
Most people seem to be going to K0.19, there's a lot of spare food in
K0.31.  I'll reiterate to the PlanRob chairs that they should send
people to K0.31 not K0.19.

Thanks,

Andrew
