Hi All, Just to confirm the planning meeting this week has been moved to 13:30 on Friday and we have S6.06 booked. I will be talking about my career so far in just 30 minutes, otherwise known as giving you a preview of my IJCAI spotlight talk. It should be useful for anyone who wants a quick overview of how our expressive planners, CRIKEY3, COLIN, POPF, OPTIC, all work and relate to each other, so do come along if you can. Hello everyone, Good morning New York City, As we discussed last week, I volunteered to entertain you during planning meeting tomorrow (S1.12, 1pm). It will be about “Extending the RPG heuristic for Control Parameters”. During this talk, I will mainly talk about what issues has come up within the RPG (solution extraction) when planning with control parameters. I will briefly touch on typical issues in the RPG, such as Helpful Action Distortion (discussed in LPRPG journal paper); and how they spawn again with the existence of control parameters. Most of these issues result from misconception of true and relaxed limits of the variables.
