Hi All, Just a reminder, I will be presenting my work during the meeting today. My talk is about Planning with Control Parameters. The summary of my work is the following: "My primary research interest is to examine variables other than time in resource constrained planning. Time is currently the only control variable that is used in the planning domain. However, other variables are needed to find a plan for more complex domains. Physical properties of the real world, such as velocity and torque, are the parameters that need to be determined in some realistic problems. None of the planning systems can currently reason with these unknown parameters. In this report, I will introduce the methodology for a new planning system that can reason with these parameters. Our new planner, POPCorn, which is built on POPF is used to capture these variables in planning domains". The room is S6.06 as usual. Cheers, Emre Savas
