Hi All,
As I mentioned briefly in the meeting last week, Nerea Luis Mingueza,
who is a PhD student in the Planning & Learning Group at University
Carlos III Madrid, is coming to visit us briefly at the end of next
week. Nerea has agreed to give a talk for us, but will only be arriving
on Thursday, so we can't use the usual slot. I've therefore booked us a
room (S4.23) on Thursday at 15:00. I know it's not the usual time so
apologies if it is a clash for you, but do come along if you are able to.
The Wednesday meeting will go ahead as usual (in S1.12 this week): Liana
will be telling us what she's been working on for PlanSIG,
Amanda

Hello everyone,
Thanks to the generosity of UCL Hospital, I have three tickets (free of charge) to a reading called The Time Traveller at the Southbank Centre this evening at 7:30pm. Christopher Eccleston (one of the previous Doctors in the Doctor Who), Emma Hamilton and Nikki Amuka-Bird are starring. The seats are at reasonable places: Rear Stalls EE and FF on the Green Side.

Let me know if you are interested,

Hi All,
We have moved our meetings an hour later to 1-2pm, still on Wednesday,
to avoid a clash with lab teaching. As such the room booking has
changed, fortunately for the better; we will be in S1.12 every week,
except for this week (5th October) where we have S4.29. Wiktor is going
to be talking to us about what he's been up to,
Amanda
