Planning group meeting

Dear all, ICAPS-16 will start in less than one month! :) We are sure it will be a fantastic event, and for this we need the help of everyone in the team. We thought that it's a good idea to have a planning group meeting to discuss local arrangements for the summer school and the conference, given that most of us are actually in the local arrangements committee. The meeting will be on Tuesday 17th at 4.30pm (also to allow Sara to join us). Sorry for the short notice, I hope many of us will be able to attend. Planning & AIS social

Hi all, Let's have a joint social for the AIS and Planning groups some time next week. The idea is to meet up somewhere at uni (possibly S6.06) from 4 or 5. There'll be board games and card games, and/or you can just come along to socialise if you like. Outstanding ICAPS tasks

Hi all, I've assembled a list of outstanding tasks for ICAPS. Assistance would be great for the 'bulk' jobs (putting name badges into name badge holders, unboxing the rucksacks, ...) and for a few design tasks (the summer school printed programme, certificates). No Planning Meeting Today - Invited talk next week
